Sector read errors. I didn't have much luck with using the program badblocks. I used dd to write zeros the drive. dd is destructive.
sudo dd bs=4M if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdi
Checked to see if the drive has any errors.
smartctl -d 3ware,0 -t long /dev/twa0
Repartitioned the drive. Created a new Volume Group, and formatted with btfs.
